Like many others, I have trouble receiving my packages. Twice since I moved up here in September I have had failed delivery attempts for no discernible reason. Now I have to leave work early to go pick up my stuff at the post office. Paper mail seems to get to me just fine.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced
Wonderful staff
New resident of PV and I have been to the PO 2x this week. Great Service, jokes and quick through the line. Supplies, services and easy parking, way better than one in Beacon.
Double dose of kindness today at the PV Post Office! A nice lady help an older woman to her car with her mail bin & the PO workers delivered the UPS package that I accidentally gave to them to the proper drop box across the street. Thank s for going the extra mile!
