Set up a mail forward, and got confirmation of such. 10 days after the confirmed effective date mail is still being delivered to the old address. Ughhh.

staff is rude and not helpful. lost my mail

I recently changed my mailing address to a P.O. Box (that I’m paying for) after I moved, so that way it would be easier for me to get mail. Those lazy bums down at the post office keep delivering my mail to the old address. This location doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Even before I moved, we’d constantly have to correct the mailmen by telling them that they were delivering other customers’ mail to our address, and they would show attitude! USPS in Huntington Station is the WORST. Don’t even bother trying to confront them about their flaws, they’ll never improve.

The worst post office I’ve ever been to. Staff is just straight up rude and lazy, I think they get a kick out of frustrating customers. Lines are always crazy and they never have more than 2 tellers working. If you are lucky someone will come out and “help the line” by showing people how to use the self serve machine, what a joke. For such a large office you would think they would work with some sense of urgency but I’ve actually seen employees pack up mid helping customer because their shift is over. Avoid it at all costs
