Horrible customer service from the lady in the front desk with glasses!! Someone should teach her some manners. She is not helpful at all and is very rude, someone like that should not be in that position she makes the whole Quincy postal service look bad therefore i say someone should fire her!

This postal office doesn't even deserve 1 star as a review. The customer service is such a disappointment, there's no professionalism. This lady who works there is very rude, she couldn't even help me and didn't want to give me information of how to send a package.
Very horrible customer service the lady in the front needs to be fired acting like we can’t hear her! She called us “slugs” when all the Latin people were there! Needs to be fired ASAP!!
