The people who work here and the carriers are awesome. They always have a good attitude and really look out for people, like when they saw a package being mailed to our old address they knew it had slipped through the cracks and made sure it was forwarded to our new address. Above and beyond. Great folks.
The one and only
Had a situation with carrier tried calling post office for the past 4 days at their 8990 # I still have hope that one day they will answer ✊ud83cudffc My car isn’t running or else I’d go into town to check if the Post office is still up and running ud83dude04 smhud83dude13
horrible people working at ephrata wa post office, they open mail, get wrong mail. dont get packages, they wont pickup outgoing packages, verbally abussive .oh and they really never answer the telephone, they always just standing around talking and not working, like some 24/7 party at the local post office. just horrible, filed a complaint with the postmaster general . hopefully they get whole new staff and mail gets delivered without the attitude
