Kim and Rita are very pleasant people and very dedicated to what they do they sort the mail , put it in their respective mailboxs and give alot of customer service...they sell stamps individually, or by a book , they have priority boxes just to name a few...but they don't have easy jobs in fact they are stressful so cut them a little slack
