Staff here is always extremely friendly! I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to shipping packages, but they always help me out. They're very knowledgeable, and always have a positive attitude! Which, it's nice to have a post office, because I'm sure they get a lot of angry people. Occasionally they do seem understaffed, but that may just because they're busy a lot of the times. Could not be more satisfied with my experience at this post office.

Horrible service, we had an appointment for our 3 boys for passport and they didn’t finish our application, she had to go to lunch at 11;30 and it’s not even 11;00 yet, she took my kids photos and then the supervisor came out to tell us we need a new appointment because the lady has to go to lunch and oh by the way she’ll be on vacation for two weeks so we can’t schedule until then. The supervisor is worst than all of them because she didn’t help, she’s on our face without mask to tell us that we have to leave and set another appointment. Usually supervisor makes things better but she made our experience worst than it is. They’re not even busy no line or whatsoever just extremely bad customer service. There’s one guy that was nice but apparently only one person can do this job and already on vacation mode.

Can someone please explaine WHY our mail from Olympia has to go all the way to Portland before coming BACK to Longview please. Its very inconvenient adding as much as 2 extra days to mail times. Im realky fed up.
