4/2021 Never been inside. Only used the drive up mail boxes. So I can't say anything harsh about them. Never interacted with an employee here either. So five stars for now.
Absolutely the WORST Post Office in America. This whole staff should be fired
Honestly just a complete coin flip you can get lucky and have a fast shipped order with no problems or you can get a order that just sits there for like 2-5 days
EBay item shipped from Woodstock to Palatine 21 Sept. and never scanned in and still no scanning two weeks later. There isn’t even a local number to call them. Won’t be buying from sellers in the 600 ZIP prefix ever again.
I want to thank this post office for when finding a personalized calendar that lost its packaging - they looked through the calendar. In the calendar there is a picture of my son graduating. This employee then mailed this to the school hoping it would find me! I am the PTA president at the school so I was so surprised to find this in my mail box! It was a calendar for my in-laws for a Christmas present and we do not have a lot of communication with them - so we didn't know they never received this. Truly appreciate this! I hope this posts gets seen my M Stock and I thank you so much!
