Staff definitely need to learn basic customer service. Definitely worst post office staff ever. Horrible experience by nasty attitude.
This location is my favorite (one and only!) post office ever. The gentleman who have worked there for a long time is especially always kind and helpful. I hate to go to other locations. Even though the Wheeling location (beware of the lady who is very rude and unkind there) is closer to me, I use this location thanks to the great staff.
Absolutely every is second package or large envelope is lost when you use the self Kiosk. Since the envelopes have no trucking number you can't find them. On the top of that most of the large envelops are returned for additional postage(money). Rude unprofessional black woman. I met a friend waiting in line once and told him to use the Kiosk instead of waiting and he also said that almost every time he uses the kiosk the mail is lost. He told me that he tried to talked with them but the same lady didn't want to hear about it. He even explained that the thickness has to be no more than 1.91cm but she kind of doesn;t know what cm are.
I was here on Tuesday around 3pm, and this young man who was working at the desk alone was so rude that made me disgusted. Two old ladies in front of me, they were being friendly and nice to him, but the way he talks and treats the elders/customers is ill-mannered and wrong.
Very helpful and take the time to show you selection of stamps to choice from. Never a long line. Love this post office!
