I live in an area with numerous townhomes in Hanover Park. Many adults with many cars. Sometimes the mailboxes are slightly blocked by cars. Our mail person refuses to leave her vehicle beeps her horn for the residents to come out of there homes to get the mail. Is that the way mail is to be delivered??? Should I being running to my mailbox to receive it. We have had other mail person and they deliver no matter what the situation is blocked or not. Really what is going on. My Saturday mail now will be here Monday I hope!!!
Big FYI, this is not a place where citizens can go inside and get serviced. This is an employee and carrier only facility.
Don’t bother calling them if you have any issues they are RUDE and do not care. Wow I even tried to say “ thank you for your action on this matter” and she said hmmm mm mumbled and hung up. If you all hate your job then quit !
Mail lady needs to be fired, can't deliver mail to the right addresses, packages delivered to the wrong address multiple times. Over the year I've gotten multiple people's mail, streets that are nowhere near me and not receiving mail or packages I've been waiting for, so who knows who has them. Ridiculous! Sleeps in truck on the corner, eats food while handling mail, just unprofessionalnGive someone else the job!
Horrible, Horrible customer service. I called as a desperate mother whose package supposed to be delivered a week ago. A man named Chris Lilly was rude, raised his voice at me like he’s so aggravated by my question and I stopped and asked him why is he raising his voice to me and he said “I’m not raising my voice to you” if you are blessed to be working at this time of crises and have to answer the phone at least have a nice person who can help you with kindness or make sure you provide an intensive customer service and phone skills training to your employees. The man sounded very aggressive and bothered by answering the phone.
