Olney is lucky to have the staff they do at our USPS office. They provide affordable shipping and all have good attitudes. Always pleasant experience when I go in. Sometimes the lines are long and take a while but the positives FAR outweigh the negatives. I’ve used several post offices and I feel like Olney has the best one I’ve used. I accidentally posted the review from my sons account.

never know when my mail will come or if it will come. used to be 1pm now its between 3 to 5pm. other location in this town ppl know a round about time. But don't get our mail until 5pm some days and my husband's check from work comes in the mail and it never comes the day its scheduled and on Monday they dont have our mail until our bank closes. gets old after a while
Postal carrier leaves the box door open . There are no issues with the box as it opens and when you close it , the box closes tight when you push it closed . The problem is she doesn't push it closed . I called USPS and they put me on hold at anywhere from 40 minutes to one hour . If I expect a check or anything of any value and it is lost do to the negligence of the carrier, I will hold the carrier and the post office accountable !
