Mail nit being delivered and always worried they are delivering sensitive mail to wrong address, since I get others mail
The Smithfield USPS delivery service is an absolute joke. Today Smithfield city had closed our neighborhood street down to fix a pipe. The road was still open for people that lived in the neighborhood. Instead of deleverering the mail to everyone on the street then turning around and rerouting, the mail carrier decided to just skip the entire street so not one person on our street got the mail today.
I was waiting on a package. I saw the mail truck, walked out to meet her, she shoved my stuff in the mailbox and drove off fast before I could catch her. I then got notice "delivery attempted" on the remainder of my items that wouldn't fit. There was no attempt! It's already frustrating that my mail doesnt come until 7:30 at night anyways! This is getting ridiculous!
Nice friendly people working here. It's location is very handy.
