needed to pick up an important certified letter. I made myself late for work so I would be there when they opened at 8 am.nThey opened the door at 815 am and then I was told I could not pick it up until after 10am.nI told her that I would come the next day so the letter would be there. It was not again I was told after 10am.nI signed the form just in case it was something that could be left at my house. 3 days later, no letter and can't seem to pick it up.nI called there 2x and the telephone just rings max number of times, and then I'm cut off.
Great staff at this Post Office! Friendly, knowledgeable and QUICK!!! I'll be using this branch for all my needs in the future.nnEdited on 7/16/19: Still great staff, quick service!
Even the USPS AI is competence-challenged! Smh.
One simple task of getting a signature stamp made turned into a disaster. After waiting over a month and a follow up from myself, they had lost my paper to have the stamp printed and my phone number to reach me. The guy did try to make it right and apologized, but I'd be crazy to have them try to do the same task that should have only taken a week, again. My advice would be to use them for no other services but shipping.
Horrible. No one ever answers the phone. Mail carrier is incompetent & loses my packages which is a reoccurring issue. Have to have packages sent to my mother's address to insure it's received
