This is such a cool piece of history. The post office was built in the 1900s or so and is considered a historic landmark. I am glad that they were able to keep this place up and running and haven't shut it down. I have to come in here on an almost daily basis to mail documents and what not. They are always so helpful and I don't mind the sometimes 5 minute waits. Thanks guys!

Staff is nice, except for one who seem to be “Bipolar” at least from my observation. She could be super sweet and helpful, but once you question something, she goes out of control and throws insults. I stopped going there just because of her. I have great experience at the main office on Caples; staff definitely professional, especially the lady who handles the passport pictures.

The delivery of packages from here is terrible. No issues with the people at the office but if you ask for redelivery because they come at the most ridiculous times, you can forget getting your package anytime soon

Love this little vintage station. Great staff. Wish the Post Master had not shipped the mail sorting for Vancouver to Portland. Local mail now takes 30 to 50% longer to arrive after crossing the state line twice.

While I was visiting this location, which I have been to before plenty of times, I witnessed a situation where a postal worker named Mary was trying to handle a frustrating situation with an elderly woman. Mary didn’t hide her frustration with the customer and treated her with disrespect. The customer clearly had an issue with her hearing and comprehension of the issue. The customer didn’t know where the closest UPS store was for her package. Mary continued to act annoyed, impatient and disrespectful to the customer. Once it was my turn to approach the counter, Mary continued to lack decent customer service and had a terrible attitude. I confronted her saying that I understood how frustrating the situation before me was but that she didn’t have to be disrespectful towards the customer. Mary then got angry with me for acknowledging the situation, closed her counter and walked away leaving me to wait longer for my package to be mailed. A few moments later another postal worker approached and helped me check out. I know the customer before me wouldn’t make a complaint as she seems to have difficulties enough as it is. If Mary was having issues conveying information to a customer, she should have called upon her coworker to assist the situation. Mary clearly took advantage of the customers older age and the customers inability to be more mentally aware of how she was being treated and that is unacceptable!
