Customer service has been exceptional!nHave to say. Over the last 1.5 years occasionally missing mail and packages. Reported to manager. I have had a P.O. box for 19 years here. With that said, service and help outstanding and friendly. Lines are long at times.
I dropped off a few items in the blue drop boxes 4 days ago. Tracking still states they are pre-shipment. When I pulled up, 2 of the 4 boxes were full up to the opening.
Worst customer service in the world. Do not visit
Everybody has been super nice every time I go there and very helpful, even when lines are long due to the work they have to do to fulfill each guest’s requests. They get everything done as quickly as possible without having an attitude.
Extremely rude staff. Very condescending to customers. Often losing packages in which nowhere to be found. Worst service ever. Very unhelpful and rude attitude towards customers.
