Just wanted to say Thank You to the kind staff today. I drive from Battle Ground as the local USPS can be quite short and unpleasant. The line here was long but moved very fast! 3 people working the counter. All very pleasant when they spoke to customers. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who helped me (I know she was in the military for 21 years!) But she was so sweet and helpful. Ill drive here every time from now on!
My package was put in a locker and left open with 2 other peoples packages! Could not believe this is our postal service. There was no key in my box. I looked in open locker and there were packages one was mine. Tried to call post office, it just took automated calls. Could NOT GET HELP. Our post office is horrible. I live at Nobl Park Apt. Mail is never delivered correctly. I am not mad ,I use other services. Just really shocked!
Our neighborhood mail box got broken into, all of the neighbors' boxes. Everyone got a new lock but us. I called this location multiple times and no one would ever pick up the phone. I tweaked the lock with some pliers and it worked for a while. Found our lock twisted open again. Would really like to get it replaced with the new lock that has a security ring around it like everyone else got. Would someone from this location pick up the phone and replace my broken mail box lock!
Make sure to always get your packages scanned when sending out, but even with that many packages “disappear” or say they were never checked in. Definitely do not drop it in the box! A couple really good people work here but unfortunately that does not hold true for the rest. I’m a high volume eBay seller and see about 1 in 20 packages “disappear”.
Dont believe the reviews, I was shocked how fast friendly and efficient my time was. Randy was incredibly helpful and understanding!
