Staff is great when I go in but they frequently delivery the mail to the wrong box, wrong house, wrong keys left to lock boxes, keys left and no package inside, frequently lost packages, rude and incompetent delivery people. Wish they would hire someone that’s worth it that can properly perform one of the simplest jobs this country offers. Good grief.
I have lived here for 10 years and the service the last year is TERRIBLE!!! We regularly get other peoples mail and they lose ours on a weekly basis. This is just unacceptable on so many levels!!!!
We had excellent service from here for years, but now it is sub par. Our mail carrier recently retired and someone else has taken over. We frequently get mail for other addresses, torn mail, damaged parcels and torn open parcels. Just yesterday, a parcel showed up that wasn't even taped shut. Is it now too much to hope that someone would be kind and tape packages shut that come open during transportation? We have even had issues with scheduling re-deliveries, recently. Scheduled it to be re-delivered on a specific day, then it shows up almost a week later. We are trying to be patient and understanding as the new person takes over, but it has been almost a year and the quality has yet to improve. We have called several times to sort out the missing & damaged packages, but the phone is disconnected.
We had almost 13 years of great service from this post office. However, we now deal with constant delivery errors and notes left with excuses/lies as to why a delivery could not be made. You cannot call the local post office on any number provided as they list disconnected phone numbers. A visit with our local post master will find you facing further excuses, accusations, and no real resolution.
The service is terrible. Our packages never get delivered and when you go in, it seems like they have something better to do. It showed a package was delivered and it is not in our box. When I asked about it all I was told is that it was delivered. HORRIBLE
