The people seem to be too inconvenienced by helping track a package they did help but are very stern and not nice and helpful but agressive and helpful.nI understand that i am disturbing their work but i also am trying to stop a mistake from occurring so as not to cause extra work yet still not treated well.nWhen my package was found they stated in an uncaring way sorry it will take two weeks even though they know the nature of my package and its contents will be dead by the time i get themnDid they try to make sure i got them before that occurred?nNope just a sorry the processis what the process is even though i gave them all the information to make sure that did not occur.nWhere are all the nice people?nWhere is the customer service?
