Has our house labeled on thier GPS as our neighbor half a mile away. Some of the stuff gone to thier house is sensitive information or expensive items. They brush off any complaints.
Never had an issue with the folks at the local office. Every now and again, I might get a piece of other's mail. For a Federal institution, hats off to these local folks.
I sent a package 18 days ago to be delivered to Dobyns Rods and its being held at the post office. Its saying per request of the customer and I never requested this to happen. Can't get an answer as to why this is going on but this is ridiculous
The delivery drivers are very lazy. “Delivery attempted - Front door/driveway was not accessible”nnI guess they’re afraid of a little snow. Stop being lazy and delivery peoples packages/mail. Jeez.
I wish that I could a zero star rating. Asked a very simple question about changing my mailing address and was told to use the website. Informed the lady that the website was currently down and was very rudely told I would have to wait until it's fixed. I asked why I couldn't do a change of address in person and was told again I would have to use the website.
