This is by far the best post office I’ve been to. The staff is actually friendly, which is so refreshing. The lady helping renew my passport even made sure I liked my passport photo and took me step by step through the process! Could not recommend more
Had to give one star, but my 6 years experience with this postal office has been unbearable.nn2017 - Requested a mail hold during a 3 week vacation: no service.nn4/20/2020 Carrier entered delivered Xbox. Never received. Lost.nn3/27/2021 Carrier entered delivered Rx. Never received.nnIf you value your time, money, and energy then DO NOT, REPEAT, DO NOT use this Office, and the USPS for deliveries.nnFrom the carriers to the supervisors and management they are all incompetent and the worst of government workers.
This is the local post office for where I’ve lived for 3 years now. They have never lost any of my packages. I’ve even forgotten to put my apt # multiple times and still get my packages. I don’t go into the post office often, but a lady at the counter somehow remembers me every time and asks how I’ve been. I had a problem with a package I forgot to put my apt# on and even though the computers were down, a really nice man in the back found my package for me.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I made an appointment to apply for my 2 months old son’s passport but there was only one person helping the people in line, who very rudely told me the person doing the passport applications was out for lunch. What’s the point of making an appointment then!? How they expect a 2-month old baby to wait in line for hours!?? Unacceptable!!
First off! I absolutely hate coming to the post office, however, the representative Missy exudes customer service to another level. Whether it's answering questions, helping you locate a package or find that perfect stamp Missy's professionalisms and genuine attitude makes your experience that much better.
