US Post Office

I am from Ohio I put wrong address on a package to Lebanon TN used tracking and saw it wasnt delivered wrong add. . I found correct address called and the carrier annex she found my pack changed the address and it was delivered. This call was 12-30-19 at 12:57, I am sorry I didnt get her name she was excellent help. Thank you

PO assured me my mail would be flagged and I would get notice that something had arrivednThat didn’t happennNow the carrier stuffed a large box into my mailbox making it impossible to remove nor can I get my mail lettersnThis is unacceptable .nTelephone calls go unanswered and at some point they hang up , wait times are 30 to 60 minutesnI live in the Gladeville area and have since 1984 at no time has my mail carrier been so unreliable

Packages not delivered promptly. Get the run-around when I call. Lied too. I get attempted delivery often. I have a walk thru gate and they won't get out and walk to door.

I placed my mail on hold while I was on vacation. It’s been 4 days since I asked it to be restarted & still no mail delivery. Plus I repeatedly called the post office in Lebanon for 25 minutes but only got a busy signal. This post office needs management to improve. Terrible service. I wish I could give the rating a zero!

Poor service they never bring your mail at same time it’s different times everyday
