Highly dissatisfied. I purchased certified mail with a read receipt for mail being delivered in Lebanon with extremely important documents. Carrier only put it in the mailbox. Even though with Covid they are not allowed to get actual signatures of who it was delivered to, they are still required to go to the residence and deliver it to a person as well as ask their name. They then print themselves the name of who it was delivered to. Now I will not be able to prove it was actually delivered to the correct person. The post office also said they could not confirm it was delivered to the correct mailbox for sure. They are refunding me, but this is unprofessional. If I wanted mere confirmation that it was delivered, I would have only paid for the mail to be sent certified!

Mail person says my car is in way of mail boxes, but it's not!!! She can still pull up and not have to get out of the car, but instead of just pulling off she has to put car in reverse!! And she can't seem to get the mail in the right boxes I have lost 2 packages and can't get refund cause they say it was deliverednHave really just not happy at all I don't usually post stuff like this but it is getting very old!!!

My package from this post office is now getting delivered to the wrong address, I’m all the way down in Bayfield Wi here and have been waiting for my package for a month now! I’m not satisfied at all!

Our normal carrier, Wade, is amazing. Wade is friendly, courteous & incredibly accommodating. However we had an issue with a fill in carrier smashing boxes into the mailbox so they did not have to drive up to the house. I submitted a complaint via the USPS website. Less than 12 hours later I received a call back from a supervisor. William listened to my concern and told me he would do some research. He called to follow up a day or two later to let me know that the carrier in question had been coached and would continue to be monitored. I am incredibly impressed with the professionalism and courtesy that William showed. And I am grateful that Wade continues to provide excellent service. Thank you!
