I hate to give a review over all bc everyone has been helpful but this one lady. I believe her name was Cindy. My stimulus check was sent to smithville post office instead of dowelltown (which is my actual address) so I have called once a day until yesterday when I found out some checks had went out but the carriers had them so I called at the end of the day. I’m a mom of 5 and could use it! But when I called this morning to check I get a smart reply of “we will call YOU when we get it”. They also get busy and could forget and I don’t want it getting sent back! I’m a very friendly person until your ride to me! Everyone else that has helped me has been super nice otherwise!
They are very good at delivery of packages and mail .So caring when you ask them anything.thank you
We have the rudest women working the desk and you’ll never get a package you order. Put in not saying you don’t want previous house renters mail? You’ll still get it. This is by far one of the worst ran post offices.
Never a problem w ANY of the workers! Can even joke with them! Just wanted to make sure they are open to the public.
Very rude and unhappy employees.nThis is by choice as they have thenmindset they are more intelligent and better than everyone else. Very sad
