Never really had trouble except accept twice .When i ordered a pokemon binder a BIG one it was supposed to come 5 months ago and came today and it was SO SMALL . Plus i ordered a pop it i never came!!! so i still give it a 1 star still disappointed. :(
Not getting my mail! This post office has someone either taking mail and packages or throwing them away because the tracking ends on their end and nobody there can answer any questions on the whereabouts of any mail!
Most of the carriers have poor attitude, they always seem upset, and they constantly lie on their PDA's.nExample: They attempted delivery for some of the packages but leave the rest without ringing the doorbell. ZERO STARS
Expecting a package that showed it was delivered today BUT IT WAS NOT! And no direct contact number for the local post office on N. Broad Street in Walhalla, SC. The delivery app show 1 package for delivery today and 1 package to be delivered Wednesday. Well, the one for Wednesday came today and the one for today(that I have been waiting on for about 3 weeks) is STILL NOT HERE! I truly dislike this post office. It has nothing to do with the Covid-19 either. This has been a normal occurrence for the past 6 1/2 years I have been here.
The ladies there are always so polite and informative. Never had a bad experience here
