The employee behind the counter refused to cover her nose with her mask (it was covering her mouth). After being confronted by a customer that this was a federal building and should be following the federal mask mandate, she began yelling at the customer and another lady who supported her, telling them to mind their own business. After the manager came forward, she asked the employee to cover her nose at which point the employee became very confrontational and still refused. The customers then left and the manager just went back to whatever it was she was doing before. At this point it wasn’t about the mask but rather the way they both treated the older customers and how they handled the situation.
The United States Postal Service Post Office location on Folly Road on James Island is a great place to take care of all of your mailing and postal needs. I am continually impressed with their level of customer service and how easy they make everything and keep everything moving at an efficient pace. It is good to know that this post office will be there to help you and be reliable.
MANY problems getting mail delivered to the condo we moved to in July 2020. We aren't receiving forwarded mail from two other addresses, are not receiving all of our bills addressed to the new address and when we DO receive mail, it's usually post-marked a week or two before we receive it.nnMail has been returned to sender and the condo office gave us a bag full of undelivered mail that had been put in the box of a vacant condo instead of ours. This PO needs a TOTAL OVERHAUL! We've been at the new address nearly four months, have submitted online complaints to USPS, and the problems still persist.

I spoke with Will this morning at 7:30 am 2020 regarding two oversized boxes that were unable to be delivered in 5/4/2020. He made sure that Ms. Ann delivered those today for me during this tough time we are all going through. So I’m here to commend both of them on there service to me today. Thank you both so much.
