Worst post office ever. Over an HOUR in line for one small item. Line is always 15 people long and there is one person at the front. It's absolutely ridiculous and you can tell they don't care because nothing ever changes. The amount of people that walk in, see the line and leave is crazy! Absurd.
Kendra is fabulous. Had tried to ship a package with the automated system and failed. Filled out and attached a label while in line. Reached Kendra and learned wrong label on box. The box I had would have cost over $35 to ship. Kendra handed me another box and asked that I repack. I did. She attached the previous label to the new box. Shipping cost was less than $10. And Kendra smiled through it all.
Lines were pretty long but when you get up to the desk they handle your business pretty quick !
Why, why, why only have one register open? Especially 1st thing in the morning. This is absolutely crazy. I could see if it was just one day. But this is EVERYDAY. They must really not care about the people that come here, especially since nothing ever changes.
The worst post office in South Carolina.nI really wonder if they ever check their reviews because nothing has changed
