No post office is “great”, but this one takes the cake on terrible customer service. However, I suggest that *everyone* continue to use them and just flood them with customers; maybe this will inspire the terrible people who work there (looking at you, Alice, thanks for closing up early and locking the door so you could read your book-didn’t realize that’s what my tax dollars paid for ud83dude09) to seek other employment.
Although what brought me and my two daughters here wasn't because of a good experience I have to applaud the two young ladies that worked this morning. My situation alone was exhaustive but they remained courteous and professional the entire time and definitely went above and beyond to provide a resolution. Thanks to these two young ladies and Barry for your support today!
I don’t do reviews but after today and my experience at this location I had to. Took a package in to have scanned and Alice literally refused to scan and told me i had to drop it in the foyer and it would scan at some point that way. After telling her I’ve been doing this for years and it’s my preference she told me I could use my phone to take a picture of write the number down for my records. After paying for priority postage I have the right to have it scanned and given a receipt. After persisting she finally scanned, place receipt on the box and “pushed” it back to me. She told me to take it and drop it in the box out front. No one should have to tolerate this kind of behavior. I asked her about good customer service, she said she gave me good customer service. Advice for all businesses: This kind of behavior is inhuman, no one deserves to be treated this way for service. We don’t know what are people are dealing with from day to day and our behavior could make or break. She obviously has issues and she shouldn’t be working with the pubic.
This post office is terrible. I get other peoples mail in my mailbox routinely. Twice I have not gotten delivery of my medications, even though the tracking number said it was delivered. The workers at the office are rude and provide no assistance.nOnce after the mail truck pulled away from the mailbox there were two letters lying on the road.nTotally unacceptable service.
Avoid at all costs. Worst PO ever. Rude and most of all, incompetent. This PO has lost over $200 in packages not delivered, even with tracking. When I showed that the tracking showed package had been delivered, employee shrugged.
