Terrible service. Doesn’t deliver our mail if there is a car in the street in front of house, not blocking mailbox just doesn’t want to drive around the car and then says it is blocked. She can get her happy hiney out of the truck and walk 2 steps to put it in the mailbox. Last I checked there is not a law that cars cannot be parked on the street so the lazy mail person can’t drive straight down the street to deliver mail.
We had 50 padded envelope Christmas packages. Paul and John were great in helping during a busy time. Their label printer kept malfunctioning and they worked hard to get it working and keep it working all the time with a good attitude.
This post office returns my mail for no such address. I signed up for informed delivery and now I am finding out all the mail that is not being delivered to me. When you ask them about it all they can say is I'm sorry. Worst post office in the country. Its not the 1 star I had to give it to post this.
I've never had issues at this location. I'm always greeted and the employees have been so kind and always ask me how my day has been, and always get my packages scanned in within a few minutes of me dropping them off for shipment. This is by far the best service at a USPS I've been to.
I like this post office. I frequent Bixby often & I have been pleased with this postal office location! Everyone working here is always so friendly and pleasant to talk to. They take their time to meet your needs & don’t rush you to get to the next customer.
