If I could I would give them a zero I would. The Asian chick at the front desk is rude and racist. Was the only one in the store at the time and was trying to ask her a question while in front of her and she looked past me and helped the new customer that just walked in. You know I said something because that was mad rude of her. I've been in customer service for YEARS! Teach her some manners or get her off the customer facing portion of the postal service please and thank you.
The brown haired lady is nice and like seeing her at the counter. The other two Rebecca and Jean are extremely rude and have no business being in the front to be honest. The manager is also nice. I just wish they'd so something about the other two.
Best post office I've ever been to. They are very fast and efficient. They have good hours and very friendly employees.
Great location with very caring and helpful manager! I have had multiple problems for a long time with Broken Arrow carrier and managers not caring about it. I called Catoosa and was actually contacted by someone over the whole region who tried to help but Broken Arrow is so awful that I will be driving out of town to use this office instead.
Sorry service. My need is delayed. They were dead because of very poor service.
