The most horrific post office I have EVER experienced. This has been ongoing for 3months. Today 2/16/2021 I received official certified mail dated 12/16/2020! I've been missing mail and getting many WEEKS & MONTHS late!! Going to change my address to a family mambers home due to the huge effect. What else can I do??
They always delivering mail to the wrong mail boxes. Would be nice to have regular mailman instead of trainee's. It's always messed up. I'm waiting for an important piece of mail now and haven't gotten it yet!
The people here at this post office are great, but mail is going nowhere. This is unacceptable. They should quit taking mail they can't deliver. Labels that say right on the label - 2 DAY DELIVERY - taking as long as a month.
The black woman that works here is so rude! She belongs in the hood, very unprofessional. She had Long line today and was being rude to almost every customer.
The Management of this location has changed numerous times. Each one does less personally, expects more from their staff during regular hours with no OT even if they do work OT, and provides fewer services (closing working Post Office Boxes - reducing postage availability only to recommend ‘buy online’ - closing available mailing boxes to the public so they had to mail usually during working hours. Management has made dealing with USPS a bore as so paying more just to post a birthday card via FedEx or UPS seems worth it!!! Well, at least not the apparent hassle. But they have their trouble too! I live on Terrace and receive packages via FedEx for Street ALL OF the TIME!!! Weird
