Update: I spoke with the manager and I have NEVER experienced anything like this in my life. Both customer service and manager wanted to argue, I wanted to know how to get my mailed turned back on. They let me know the person that lived here before had a truck parked in front of the house and she literally gave me a warning that THIS IS THE LAST TIME they will start my mail service because of the issues they've had!! If somehow a car is parked in front of our house during the mail run then service will be shut off for good. Our car was in front of the box for 3 days when we were sick and they completely SHUT OFF our service because of the experience they had with the previous tenant. I have to wait until Friday to speak with Kevin, the manager of that branch, which I don't have very much confidence in after speaking to his team.nn**Original Post**nnI usually only write positive reviews because I understand, especially during COVID, operations can be difficult. However, they stopped delivering our mail to our address about 2 weeks ago. I've been receiving calls from my bank, insurance, doctors office, etc saying my mail is undeliverable. When we called to get it resolved they stated that they had several issues with our residence over the last year. My husband and I have lived here for 3 months. Our car was parked in front of our house for 3 days when we were advised to quarantine. We called last week to get it resolved. And I literally JUST watched the mail lady pass my house again. My house with no car in the street. I can't even get through to their direct line anymore.

If you are unhappy with your job and working with the public you should definitely resign! Watched a Female worker at counter turn 3 people away Becz of ‘wrong’ postage! She was rude and dismissive to each person where are these employees’ supervisors?! This is not ok when you are an employee serving the community!! Please resign and allow others to serve in your role with more customer service and kindnessnThe rating for this location says it all!.

The mail carrier around Chimney Hills often does not bother to look at the street types nor house numbers! We live on a PLACE, but keep getting mail meant for the same street and house number on the AVENUE, and sometimes mail that should've been dropped in the mailbox next door to us. Mail carriers, please DOUBLE CHECK THE STREET TYPES YOU ARE DELIVERING TO, and DOUBLE CHECK HOUSE NUMBERS to make sure they match the house you’re in front of!! There are sometimes 2 to 5 street types (i.e. PL, CRT, AVE, ST.......RD and BLVD. And, check number ON HOUSE or MAILBOX to make sure it matches the numbers of the mail in your hand you’re about to deliver in the box you’ve stopped at!

I'm not sure why the review for this post office are so horrible! I got on here to write a review just because of how extremely nice and friendly the workers are whenever I come in! They've always gone out of their way to help me package items, or let me borrow supplies. Also, most packages I send through them get to my destination a few days early! I probably go here 2-4 times a week, and I always look forward to going because of how nice the staff is! I would definitely recommend using this post office for your shipping needs!
