Stopped in on a Friday afternoon. It might have been hotter inside than out! One clerk servicing with a half dozen in front of me. Decent music playing, and plenty of time to get my paperwork filled out as I waited.nAs I get to the front, the clerk has the doors locked as it’s closing time. She seems overly frustrated with me though I only had 6 certified envelops to mail, with the paperwork filled out.nTen minutes later and I’m happy to escape.
Lately, the counter staff has been upgraded and has been doing a good job. Some employees charge different prices for the exact same weight and thickness of package. Apparently, pricing is subject to the opinion of the clerk.
I personally have never had any issues at this location besides long wait times every once in a while. I have my po box here and I live nowhere near it but I would prefer to drive out of my way and know I will get good service. In my opinion this location has some of the nicest employees too.
Guy who helped me was friendly and efficient! I didn't have to wait long. I was in and out of there in no time.
The woman that helped me ship my heavy items was very helpful, she recommended which box and service I should use and helped me disassemble my item to try and get it to fit in a flat rate box, when that didn't work she let me repack my items into the box I brought and let back to her desk so I didn't have to wait in line again
