USPS staff always seem stressed, they weren't unpleasant though. Fast and efficient, there was a long line but it moved quickly without feeling rushed.
Almost always a very long line, service is incredibly slow, and almost none of the employees are ever wearing a mask or wearing it correctly. I dread coming to this location and will drive further when possible to avoid going here. Often out of stock of priority mail boxes/envelopes as well; don't waste a trip.
The manager and staff are expeditiously handling the mass amount of pick ups, drop off, and additional customers that the holiday season brings. I’d like to specifically point out the manager for being so proactive with filtering the line of people down and helping others with tasks as best as she is able. A line is inevitable, but to see her assist the clerks and immediately bounce from job to job seamlessly left a wonderful impression of the work being done.
I apologize to the clerk behind the counter for interrupting your story to get my mail sent out. I have never been treated so rudely. The best part of my experience was leaving the post office. That was nice.
I stopped going here due to overpricing practices ( compared to usps). This mailing service center is STILL doing it. Had to send two boxes today so thought I would give another chance due to geographical convenience. They charged an astronomical amount, way out of reasonable range!
