My sister dropped off a box of my deceased mother's coats at the Tulsa USPS office 12/14/2020 to be delivered to me. It has been sitting in transit at this office since 12/18/2020. Last checked tracking today 1/4/2021. I truly understand being short staffed but I've ordered merchandise from Poshmark, 5 different people on 12/27 and have already rec'd them. What is going on in this post office that I can't get my mother's coats!!!!!!
When calling the only 800 # given for USPS customer service you cannot get through to a CSR, the system simply will not allow you to speak to anyone. This is the second time that one of our packages was sent through USPS of recent and the first one was never delivered, it was sent back to seller, reshipped again it was then sent on a trip from USPS facility to USPS facility half way around the country. We finally got the package about 7 weeks after it was originally ordered for 2 day delivery. My second package has been at my local distribution center for a week and has never shown leaving that facility for delivery, again cannot speak to a person. Not to mention that I received 4 Christmas cards, 3 in late February and 1 in the first week of March that were all sent in early December. USPS is still using Covid 19 as an excuse for bad or no delivery. This is in my opinion is not excusable, USPS has fallen to new lows in accountability and I for one am done with such a poor organization and will never use USPS ever again, I would rather pay a little more and actually get acceptable service. Gave 1 star only because they make you select at least 1 star to be able to post.
System is always down, VERY RUDE staff/customer service, mail men withholding mail for no reason without informing the recipient that the mail is being held. Very bad place
they had my package can't figure out where it's at the manager black lady at the USPS downtown location was very rude and not helpful she wouldn't even figure out where my package is it supposed to be there on Saturday on hold for me to get to come in and pick up and now they can't even find my package and she was being rude and hateful wouldn't even listen
Most of the people working were great - unfortunately one of the workers wasn’t wearing a mask!? As a government employee!?
