One Of the worst post offices in Tulsa. They never answer the phone, and maybe one employee tries to work with you to help get your packages. It's extremely frustrating because this is unfortunately the post office I get my mail from the most. Had a package say it was attempted to be delivered, but it wasn't. The address is close to an apartment complex which is where they probably took it, but I didn't think I had to put the name of the business it needs to be delivered to when it's the right address, and I get stuff delivered there often enough for them to know better.
Why does this place have a phone number if literally no one answers the thing. Been trying to find a lost package for a week and can't get anywhere with these guys.
Don't bother calling they'll hang up on you. Just ask questions in person. I'm very disappointed they won't answer calls during covid-19 @ 3PM on a Monday.
Been waiting on mail for two days. Either no delivery or delivered so late you can’t do anything about it. Deliver been getting later and later till almost 5pm. Have informed delivery and the pieces are not delivered.
Slow, Painful, Never want to use a Postal service again.
