I have used this post office several times over the past 8 years. I don't recall one time that someone behind the counter had a smile. I went in the other day with a box already prepaid to mail but needed a piece of packing tape. I was told they don't supply that. Outstanding customer service for a civil servant!
If I could leave less then 1 star I would. Mailmen Macing dogs that show no aggression to them, not even barking at them. When called out for there criminal acts they held mail with no notice of mail being held. When a supervisor was spoke with he was extremely unprofessional, rude, and downright disrespectful. Complete abuse of authority and animals, with no regard or remorse. Horrible place and staff.
Not going to mention how much money they cost me but don't ship anything here. They told me I could pick up, went fine for 2 packages, the other 8 they shipped back b4 I could get there. 8 packages got there, I'd come on the same day and they said it was already shipped back.
Every time I go here the employees never help and act like I am putting them out. Since I have moved to this area it is difficult every time I go there and I never get help. I have dealt with dishonesty and snide and unhelpful comments as well as refusal to let me talk to management about it. 0 stars for sure.
this post office gets thing wrong all the time and never answers the phone!nnothing but a buncha lazzy people that run this post office!
