So, so very rude. It's as if they go out of their way to try to ruin your day. I arrived at about 4:50 on a Friday, granted, and the door was locked. I nearly collided with tall woman with a bob-cut and glasses, who did not adjust her swift actions, even in near proximity to me. I asked if they closed at 5 and without a verbal reply, pointed in such an abrupt manner with her arm nearly grazing my chest, and I'm a female, to point at the the hours of operation sign. Obviously, this happens quite often, but never is this sort of behavior professional nor acceptable! No mercy.... no kindness and flat-out rude! Merry Christmas to you....
Rude and upsetting experience. Expect you to know ‘rules’ about depositing mail and then walked off rudely saying sarcastically ‘have a good day’ just was kind of upsetting and unnecessary.
I gave a 2 star review of this office the other day, but went back today for something else. Lyda, the woman who had seemed unhelpful and disinterested last week was utterly wonderful today. She was friendly, conversant, helpful, and just generally good to work with. I've decided she must have been having a bad day and I'm upgrading this review. The post office itself is always clean and orderly (not always the case) and the service is generally pretty quick. I'm glad I went back in.
