Once week we get someone else mail or someone gets our mail. Tried to tell the mail lady she drives off without fixing her mistake.
Almost all the employees working the windows have been exceptional. A small post office which services a growing population that also acts as a holding area for Amazon and Fedex. The building is inadequate to handle the new expectations placed upon the employees. So, due to the limited resources the employees do an excellent job.
Extremely unprofessional and lazy mail carriers. Throws my packages on the porch or just sets them by the mailbox. Even after complaining multiple times.
Can't ever get a hold of anyone, I've been expecting some very important things to come in the mail, not sure if anything got lost but I've been waiting for over 2 almost 3 months and still have not gotten anything. I even sent in my change of address form and still yet have not gotten my important mail. I've tried calling the post office to speak to someone but I keep getting either hung up on, not even answered at all or just sitting on hold for over an hour or 2. This place needs some work. I understand with the covid19 but still needs some work to better help
Who the heck is in charge of this place?? They NEVER deliver packages. If someone has a package that needs to he delivered isn’t it their job???? It doesn’t matter how big or small they don’t deliver it. Someone needs to be fired so someone new can fix this. Look at these reviews they are all true!
