I had ordered heated cat beds for my outside cats that were to be delivered on the coldest day of the year. I got a text saying they weren't delivered because they couldn't access the driveway. This is total BS. There is NOTHING and is never anything blocking my driveway with is 20 yards from my house. The driver apparently didn't want to get out in the cold.
Worst post office around, you can't bring a package without the labels yourself,even if you have the prepaid shipping QR code you will be turned around! Had to go to Folsom just to get a 30 second task done! Very unhelpful and useless post office, waste of taxpayer money
They don't want to keep there word. They told me that when two or more people get addresses for my road that they would let us move our mail boxes down Luna Ln.. that was a lie. It is dangerous checking our mail. People speed down that road. Now there is going to be two more mail boxes out there. I guess someone's going to have to get run over before they let us move the mail boxes on our road.
Today is Sunday, January 26. We have been home all day. I checked my package routing and it was supposedly delivered today and put near the porch or door. NOTHING! This is not the first time! The part time peeps need to know what they are doing!
Super friendly and helpful staff (especially Miss Priscilla). Super clean establishment. It is a smaller service area compared to larger post offices, but they have a wrap around hallway outside the service room filled with po boxes. Hours are clearly labeled in entry way and mail pick up for the drop off box is 3:30pm Monday through Friday and 12:30 Saturdays.
