We go days at a time without getting any mail or seeing the driver and then get a large amount of mail all at once. They lost an entire box of live ducks once and told me there was no phone number on the box to call me so they sent them with the driver. My phone number was written below my name and above the address on the shipping label. I had to drive and find the specific driver to get my ducks. Then the driver called me at 3 am several days later, I assume drunk. I have had them report more than one package as undeliverable yet we were home every time. L Our mail is consistently later than you would reasonably think. Even flyers and ads consistently come after they’ve already expired.
The service is doing the best it can. For a small town, COVID19 had decimated the USPS office here. The postmaster is doing her level best to assist the citizens with the resources available. As an old infantry soldier, I can relate. Thank you for your service USPS.
I REPORTED YOUR OFFICE FOR FRAUD. IM TIRED OF LOSING MONEY. MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT I NEVER GOT MY PACKAGE. I HAVE CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGE ATLEAST 3 DAYS WITH NO RETURN PHONE CALL........Worst post office I have ever had the experience of dealing with in my entire life and I'm 45 years old they don't answer the phone, when you press a option it goes to the Busy Signal, my mails always late, some of my packages don't make it, some get lost, and some are open.... they also tried saying that I don't have numbers on my house, so i sent them pictures of the numbers on my house. FEDEX and UPS find my house everytime, whats your excuse???
Lied about attempted delivery for Sunday. If I understand correctly, sub-drivers usually deliver those kinds of packages, and Amazon is STRICT with their 2 day delivery for it’s members. To literally look out of my window all day just to never see the truck and have my status update to “Attempted Delivery @ (enter time here)” is a major blow. Why lie? At the end of the day it’s YOUR responsibility to get the packages here. I doubt there was a delay because there was no harsh weather yesterday, and I doubt heavy traffic happened.
Don't want to take 2 min out of their time to drop the package off at my house because it won't fit in the mailbox when I left additional delivery instructions they were too lazy to follow. Now I gotta waste my time to take time off of work to go pick my package up. Thank you so much for your service.
