I don't know how this post office always screws up, but if you enjoy having your mail being delivered to the wrong box constantly they are great at that. I've been living nearby for 6 months now and I've already had either my mail put in my neighbors box or my neighbors mail shoved into mine multiple times. Are the carriers really that incapable they can't even pay attention to what goes where? Had a package that said it arrived days ago but wasn't in my box. Neighbors are either never home or told me nothing was in theirs. Just having them change the lock and give me the key so I can access my mail took them 6 freaking weeks, plus they held onto my mail for over 2 months before finally delivering it to me. Not just that but the lines are always so long in the building to when you need to take care business. I can understand if there's staffing issues for budget reasons, but come on now.
Worst experience ever at a post office. The person behind the counter was beyond UNHELPFUL and literally was acting like he didn’t know anything, couldn’t help me with my questions and didn’t even want to.
Not the post office itself but the carriers out making deliveries. Don’t get mail at home for 4 days in a row then the next day the box is overflowing. Today I saw why. Carrier speeding all the way down the block and never stopped at one house all the while talking on her phone. There are more than a dozen houses on my side of the block. You can’t tell me no one had one piece of mail today?
I have been tracking my package for a few days now. My office building closes at 5, and the delivery person attempted to drop off at 6:20. Also, I received a message stating they would drop off the next business day. Never attempted to drop off. I called the 1-800 number and CSR told me the package was on the wrong truck and to go to the post office. I get there today, and they tell me its on the truck and the mail person will deliver this afternoon. The young lady didn't have my package on her truck at all. This is so frustrating. I have been calling for 2 days to no avail. Where in the heck is my package that I paid for???? The worst and I wish I could give the place 0 stars.
After being mistakenly directed to this Post Office they in turn decided to mistakenly direct me to another the wrong Post Office. The person who failed to deliver the package Incorrectly classified it And when I finally found the right Post Office where my package was supposed to be, it was nowhere to be found despite Amazon confirming that it was held up 3 days prior at this very location. All along the way I had unhelpful staff that upon asking if they were indeed giving me the right information, they EACH gave me a dismissive yes of course I am giving you the right answer. That's right I never even got the package in the 1st place because despite my instructions to leave under my carport I was told that the driver did not feel it was a safe location. For Post Office visits later I gave up and cancelled the order. Rarely was a supervisor present and never did they have anything helpful to provide what a mess of a system.
