I mailed a package from this location. The desk clerk who claimed to be the postmaster screwed up while trying to enter my email address to send my receipt, and refused to go back and correct his mistake. The staff here are childish and disrespectful. Considering how incompetent the USPS has become at delivering mail, I absolutely should not be refused a record of the transaction I paid for.

Leavenworth Post Office has always been helpful and service oriented. Our home delivery is consistent and our Der Sportsmann mail carrier, Christina, is one of the most hardworking, kindest, cheerful and funny people I know. She's just one of those people that makes living in Leavenworth a little better for everybody, and she does it every time she walks through our door. Across the board, this 2019-2020 team is doing a great job. Thank you!

We recently moved back to town on a rural property with no street address in the system and no mailbox. The Leavenworth PO staff were super helpful with setting up a PO Box and getting our forwarding switched over from the non-existent address/mailbox to which we had initially set up forwarding. All very pleasant and willing to spend time looking things up as needed.

I don't agree with all the rude feedback of others. We should be grateful to have a post office in Leavenworth. Have you been at the Wenatchee post office? The line are too long, most of the staff never make eye contact and are rude. The Leavenworth post office staff is friendly and provide good service. And if you have experienced problems with deliveries, you can file a claim. Don't attack the post office staff, they have a tough job. Don't judge if have not walked in their shoes. Be nice and grateful.

we consistently have packages that get marked as undeliverable when we are at home waiting for the package. When we call to track it down we get a mixture of impatient or rude explanations or just a “we’re sorry, we will talk to the route driver”. This has been an issue for us for 7+ years and it happens multiple times a year.
