How many times do I have to report our mail carrier before you guys do something about her? She keeps throwing our packages on the ground and in the path of our car. Last time my husband ran over our package when he got home because he didn't see it in the dark. Today, luckily, I caught it in time and got them out of the way. Unacceptable and LAZY!
I went in to mail one letter and mail another with tracking. The lady that waited on me was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She kept shaking her head no and sighing. When I asked if it was too hard to track a package she said no it’s just time consuming. It took all of 2 minutes. I am sorry that I inconvenienced her day but I thought that was their job to mail things and track packages. Don’t worry lady I will deal elsewhere.
Horrible people working here. I had over $200 worth of packages say they were delivered and they were never physically delivered and when I went to speak with them at USPS they said I was the 3rd person to come in and say they never received their package even though it said it was delivered and they said they would call me once they look into it and they never called me back. Three packages missing in one day.
They lost my package saying it was delivered but I never received it.
The staff at this location have the absolute WORST attitude in the history of customer service. Asking them to do anything within the scope of their jobs is met with frustration. I highly encourage everyone experiencing the same issues with the staff here to reach out to the Postmaster General and file a formal complaint, as I have done. Clean house at this location and hire some folks who appreciate their jobs.
