The lady who works there in the morning was extremely rude to me. I told her how I had a package delivered there the prior morning and she kept cutting me off saying that no package was delivered. I tried to explain what the tracking said and she continued to cut me off and being rude. She didn’t ask for a tracking number and didn’t try to look for the package in the back. She only asked for my street address and then told me to go to the Bossier Post Office. I went to the bossier post office and the lady there was extremely nice to me. WAY nicer than the lady at the downtown Shreveport post office. She greeted me with a smile and everything. I have never been treated so rudely before for m reason!
Just to let people know, USPS workers love that their location is given such low ratings. They will still get paid, and fewer people will show up, so it's a win-win situation for them.
The people who work here are extremely RUDE. They interrupt people while they’re talking and telling them what they didnt do. Especially when they have no idea what’s going on.
They open your mail here; I won't be renewing my PO BOX here.ud83dudd95
