Absolutely a waste of time. 1 working individual. The line is literally piling up. I’ve waited 20min on the same customer being worked up on. Ideally, they should bring in another worker. I had one letter to send off. Such a waste of time. That’s why usps is dying.
Daphne has a very snobby and horrible attitude. When asking questions, she cut me off, rolled her eyes, and talked to me as if I was dumb. I see exactly why I drive all the way across town to another post office. Customer service is horrible, going back to using FedEx.
Lynbrook office is rude and not helpful
You wonder why the post office is not a profitable business and the answer is customer service is their number 1 problem. Lynbrook location is just like the rest of the post offices, rude and unhelpful. They act like the people at the DMV. I hope Amazon buys them out and they loose there pension because they don't deserve it. Taxpayers money wasted on a below average service provider.
Billy has been so helpful in helping us track our mail. Our delivery men are always so helpful in answering all of our questions!
