What's new.... I understand the snow storm closed yall up and put a delay on things but its been a week now and packages I've sent out are sitting there. 9 packages in total for about $300. If I have to start issuing refunds for undelivered goods I will be expecting reimbursement for those. Same thing happend in December 2 packages I had to refund and still to this day no one knows where it's at. Lived in many places and shipped out many packages through many distribution centers and I have never seen one struggle like this one. An absolute joke.
I give it a 1 star only because you can't give it less. I live here in Shreveport and have filed a change of address. Instead of these lazy people doing their jobs and forwarding my mail to my new address they return to sender. That's not to mention the mail I am supposed to receive that never shows up. Did I forget to mention the mail that gets stolen and nothing happens to the employees responsible? If you are mailing anything Important for your own sake try to avoid them. If you don't have tracking they will steal your mail and nothing will get done about it. Billions of our tax dollars go into the USPS and this is the best they can do. Nothing more than a joke.
Awful. How can people be so incompetent? This is unacceptable. At what point is this considered theft to hold packages?
We have not received any mail all week. I found it very strange.. especially since it’s the first week of the month.nnI ordered a package on July 19th that I still have not received so I decided to track it today. It’s been in the Shreveport USPS office since July 23rd.nnFrom the other reviews I just read it sounds like ALL mail is being held there.nnWHAT IS THE DEAL?!!!!!!!!!!
I sent a priority paid envelope on July 10 from a city in Texas to another city in Texas. Per tracking number, it made its way safely to Shreveport and then nothing. Absolutely nothing. Like other reviews, my priority envelope is now either lost or stolen. I filed a missing mail claim and the receiving post office cannot locate it. No one answers at Shreveport. How this distribution center is allowed to function at a subpar capacity is beyond me. I thought if I mailed this important document via priority with a tracking number that my document would arrive in a speedy fashion. Instead, it’s lost/stolen. Inexcusable.
