I just want to know why are they late every Thursday morning? Horrible just horrible
I guess I will add on with everyone else even though it may not help get anything done. I shipped a package to a customer in Lithonia, Ga which is literally only about 40 min away. I dropped the package off on 10/7/20. It is now 10/23/20 and the customer still has not received the package. The tracking doesn't even show that it has been scanned, so it looks like I created a label and never dropped it off and to top it off because they never scanned it, I may not be able to request the insurance for it.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! This location has been without stamps for at least 2 weeks! The rep says the manager hasn’t returned to release the stamps. How is this possible?!?!?! Would this be the same for a post office outside of South West Atlanta?! I’m not understanding this
This location is completely awful. I dropped a package off that was worth a lot of money on 10/30/20. It has been a week and the tracking is still showing that they are awaiting the item. They could give me no information on where the package is. So now the recipient is asking me questions about the package and i have no answers !! The place is the worst
The staff are very rude all have attitudes expecially the light skin lady in the front no help at all
