This post office is horrible. Apparently the mail carriers are trained to lie about delivering packages to certain addresses. I have had multiple incidents where they say my mail has been “delivered to my front door or porch” but there’s nothing there. I have a Ring camera that would have captured the delivery or possible theft if that was the case but there’s never any footage of this so called delivery. These postal workers and then subsequent thieves are either fast enough to deliver a package without setting off my cameras or they are liars. Horrible that this agency has to be depended on for mail delivery since they don’t care about getting anything right. But hey, when you get paid regardless of the quality of your work why would you care? My only advice to the employees of this awful agency is to strive to be better than what you are now.

On-time delivery has slowed down over the last few months. It's days before some mail or packages show up. I've now had 2 packages delivered to the wrong address! Worse, the carrier ignores clearly marked outgoing mail (and I know because I see it on my security camera).

Every time I get packages coming from THIS post office, they somehow get lazy when it comes to delivery for signed packages. They always say that I wasn't home, when I clearly was. It's like they knock once, and run straight to their truck, or maybe they weren't there at all. Either way, I'm not even sure who to complain to at this point, since no one cares to improve this behavior.

Usually they do fine with front door deliveries, but this particular thing has happened before and it is very frustrating. They will mark that they cant access my home or cant find my house or that they delivered to the door (but it's in my mailbox...), but they haven't. I have a clearly marked driveway with my house number at the entrance, how is it that difficult. I saw the truck go down the other road and that alert popped up on my tracking, the weekend driver for my route is pretty damn lazy.
