Everytime my package or mail goes through this location they send it out to the wrong zip code. They are slow to service here as many others have pointed out. They need to fire the incompetent people there and hire someone with a third grade education that can match numbers correctly. I wish this place would close and have mail routed through a different location.nnMy friend that lives within 10 miles from this location has to wait 3 or 4 days to get their mail delivered from this location.nnIf they don't care about customer service then they need to get out of the business. Can't wait when customers can pick how they want their mail routed and take business away from these failing mail carriers.
Horrible location. The manager is unprofessional and heartless. I ordered a package over a month ago that I paid priority 2- day shipping for and I found out that my package just been sitting at this location. So I went there to retrieve my package and was confirmed that my package was there but the manager said that he’s not pulling my package today. For whatever reason. I told him my circumstances and he said he’s not looking for my package. I do not recommend
The mail lady did not deliver the mail until after 6pm. We were waiting on a certified letter all day and instead of ringing the door bell, she put a slip in the box stating that she missed us and did not deliver the letter. You can’t reach anyone by phone and the delivery is always inconsistent. This is the third time that this has happened with our certified mail.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I don’t know what kind of employees they hire, but they have no customer service WHATSOEVER. The mail carrier we have is a mean lady and apparently hates her job. I get a notice about late deliveries from all other delivery services, but when it’s comes to USPS she always claims she couldn’t deliver it. This one is the last straw as it is a week late and they’re just juggling my package at this point. Well I have her on my dash cam passing by our house without stopping and watch she’s going to claim something was blocking the mailbox. I’ve complained TWICE and it’s getting to a point where I want a new mail carrier. I’m tired of dealing with someone who hates their job!!
The most unprofessional USPS ever! I have a package that says says via tracking number they’ve had since 12/2/2020. I called to make a claim and a really rude, unprofessional, obviously uneducated on customer service representative called me back and talked all over me. She didn’t let me get a word out while she blamed Fed Ex and system terminology that she’s says I’m unaware of. When I advised her that I would like to get a word in she told me to have a nice day. What a joke! I have lived in this area for 14 years and I have never encountered such a rude individual at this post office. Her name was either Lakesha or Kesha. I am making a formal complaint on today.
