I was supposed to get a package Monday. Christmas presents. My cousin sent them early so they'd be here. And they said it be here Monday. It is not and today is Christmas eve. The tracking thing only tells me in the neck transit doesn't tell me where or when just that it's only its way. Like I believe them now. Id like my mail pls
Working here was terrible. The postmaster at the time was a fill-in and she was awful. Never sent me any help and on my third day, she called me with a nasty attitude because it was 7 pm and I hadn’t delivered all of my packages. She knew I wasn’t familiar with the city and she didn’t care that I was new. I quit due to lack of help and competence and I was put on the “Do Not Hire” list. An absolute joke. Also, I wouldn’t recommend any POC to work here.
Our mailman constantly delivers my mail to my neighbors. How hard can it be to make sure you are putting packages in the right mailbox with a right number. Now that I ordered a few Christmas gifts, the tracking number shows they were delivered but I never got them. Not one. So frustrating.
This is the worst PO I have ever had. They lie and say they attempted to deliver a package but didn't. Now my kids only get a couple presents for Christmas. Someone is always at my home cause I have a sick special needs child and a nurse to help care for her. They are always here!
Can't live without our USPS. Ours do a great job!
