I must have the worst mail carrier! Won't deliver any packages. We have to pick up at post office. Always leaves a note that says we were not home. We watch him put the mail in the mailboxes! I can't wait to get his name!

How convenient for this office to just put you through to a recording that offers No help at all, does not address your problems, leaves you with no solutions, and completely relieves them of having to do Any work! My problem is still unresolved and I have no idea how to fix it other than to file a claim! I’m so tired of people and companies getting by with doing nothing!!!!! And I’m still left holding all responsibility

My package was accidentally put into someone else’s mailbox (mistakes happen) but I received a notice saying it was delivered. The following day, I went to the office and reported it. They reached out to me the same day and found the package and put it in my hands that day. Thank you!!!

Had a letter returned to me because it wasn’t claimed and upon opening my door was asked to pay 2.30 for return postagenI’m just curious to know what they do if someone doesn’t have any cash or change on them since it’s 2020, and also wondering when they’ll think up a better system. This lady just had to wait five minutes for me to scrounge change up all around my house. Seems like wasted time when a bill could be sent
